If you are a first time client booking a Brazilian wax online, please be sure to choose the "Brazilian -New Client" option so the appropriate amount of time is allotted for your service. This option should also be chosen if it has been more than two months since your last wax. If you are a male client wanting to book for a Brazilian wax, please be sure to select the "Male" client Brazilian option.
If it is your first time to The Waxx Room, please allow yourself extra time to locate us. We are often in an appointment and away from the phone, so we may not always be available to direct you if you're having trouble finding us. Please refer to our Contact page for our address and directions prior to your appointment. When you arrive for your appointment, your technician may still be in a previous service, but if you'll have a seat on the couches and make yourself at home, we'll be with you shortly.
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible. Even if your hair is not grown out yet, you can get your future appointment on the schedule and be more likely to get the exact time you want. This is especially important around a holiday weekend.
We try to accommodate everyone's scheduling needs, however we do book up quickly, especially in the evenings. If you are able to do a daytime appointment, we greatly appreciate it, as that leaves the evening times open for people who are unable to make it during the day. If you are looking for a very specific day or time and do not see an opening online, please text us to be placed on the waiting list.
Online booking is available up to 1 hour in advance and is even accessible through your cell phone.
Regardless of how you book your appointment, you will receive a text message reminder the day prior to your appointment to remind you. Please make a note if your phone does not receive text messages.
Please review our cancellation policy below. You will need to text the salon directly in order to cancel appointments within 24 hours. Please understand that we try to be as flexible as possible, however we do enforce our policy. For cancellations outside of 24 hours, you can simply log on to your online account to cancel and rebook at your convenience.
It is important to
understand that our technicians work on a commission basis. The time allocated
to you is reserved specifically for your appointment, so if you cancel with less
than 24 hours notice, it is unlikely that your time slot could be filled by
another client. Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated;
likewise we will attempt to run on time to the best of our ability. The full amount of time is necessary for each appointment because it includes your full service as well as check out. If
you are 10 minutes or more late we will gladly reschedule you, but we will have
to charge you for the missed service. If
you need to cancel or change an appointment, please try to give us at least 24
hours notice. In some cases, a fee of at
least half of your service cost may be charged.
Same day cancellations or failure to show for an appointment may result
in the full cost of the treatment being charged. We do understand that
sometimes unavoidable conflicts may arise, so it is our policy to give each
client a "grace cancellation" the first time they cancel an appointment
with less than 24 hours notice. Enforcement of the cancellation policy is at
the full discretion of The Waxx Room.
